Exercise To Improve Standing Balance After Stroke

➡️ For more exercises to improve balance after stroke, check out this video: https://youtu.be/BOkCC1RdyKE

A quick and maybe not-so-easy exercise to work on standing balance at home after a stroke. Practice standing with your feet together to lessen your base of support and challenge your balance. Of course, always make sure someone is helping out or you’re holding onto to something sturdy for safety!
