Emotions Are Tough

It has been a few years after the head injury but emotions are still tough.

It seems to be a control issue. Anger sometimes, sometimes feeling like crying, no particular reason sometimes.

Years later I learned to be quiet, find a place that was very quiet and meditate. It helped big time. Not a perfect cure but wow the calm mind was so much better. I wouldn’t spend a lot, there a books of course in library but for a small amount you can download a mp3 from a site.
